Welcome to the 1st Grade page! My name is Lauren Moran and I am excited to be starting another year here at Danbury Elementary school. This is my fourth year teaching here, and each year I have so enjoyed seeing our students thrive in such a positive school community, and helping them grow their knowledge and skills in the classroom. I am looking forward to another great year with a new group of amazing learners! 

Below is a schedule of what our days usually look like:

7:30 - 8:00 - Morning Meeting & Calendar

8:00 - 9:00  - CKLA Skills (Reading) 

9:00 - 9:30 - Snack/Recess

9:30 - 10:45 - Math

10:45 - 11:30 - CKLA Knowledge (Read-Aloud/Science/Social Studies)

11:30-12:20 - Lunch/Recess

12:20-12:30 - Quiet/Independent Reading Time

12:30-1:05 - RTI - Small group instruction

1:05 - 1:50 - Specials

1:55 - Dismissal
